My name is Adam Dickson and I consider myself a fitness junkie. I'm 29 and got into fitness when I was in college. I slowly begin changing my workout routine and started noticing crazy changes. I became obsessed with it and use it as my outlet to better myself. I've bodybuilt, have taken boxing classes, did Crossfit for a year and now steadily working out at my local gym. I'm now at a point where I want to share my thoughts on the best items, supplements and workout routines that have worked for me. I have a few buddies that help me review products so some of the opinions shown aren't just mine.
At the end of the day I want to help others and open an environments where others can comment and give feedback on today's hot topics in fitness.
